To Create SD Card:

  1. Download and store zip file using the download page.

  2. Format SD card. SD Formatter 4.0 can be downloaded from SD Association, and this is the preferred tool to format the SD card. Make sure to format only the drive letter that applies to the SD card.

  3. Unpack the contents of the zip file and copy files to the root directory of the SD card. Do not copy the zip file itself to the SD card, just its contents.

  4. Insert the SD card in the Raspberry Pi, and then turn on power. Install will start automatically. It may take 15 minutes or more to install. You can optionally watch the progress of the install by attaching a monitor. Note: do not connect Pi to network during install, so it installs from SD card.

Standard Configuration Required Equipment:

  1. Raspberry Pi 4, 3 A+/B/B+, or Pi Zero W. Available from online and B&M stores.

  2. SD Card. SD card needs to be configured with Info-Blaster files as described in the instructions available on downloads page. Note: not all SD cards are compatible.

  3. Power Supply. Raspberry Pi can be powered with standard USB cable that is typically used for cell phones. 1.5A or more capacity recommended.

Optional Equipment:

  1. Case/Enclosure. There are many cases and enclosures available on the market for Raspberry Pi

Note: Info-Blaster is not intended to be modified.
